- To generate the maximum amount of profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets.
JOB ACTIVITIES :
- Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets.
- Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor customer accounts within the allocated sales area to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited.
- Establish and maintain effective communication links with other company departments to identify all sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.
- Maintain awareness of company products and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.
- To attend customer's timely requirements of service.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure that they are provided with all necessary technical support.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve any technical problems to ensure that company products are working effectively and the customer is satisfied with the service provided.
- Provide feedback to any relevant company departments about complaints and problems to try to ensure that these do not arise in the future.
- Organize site visits and product trials for prospective customers and report results to relevant managers in the company.
- Maintain regular contact with the sales and production functions to keep abreast of any developments in products and services.
- Maintain an awareness of developments in the fields of product marketing and research to ensure that the company continues to compete effectively.
CUSTOMER INTERFACE :
Internal Customers : Marketing, Supply chain/ Logistics, operations & Technical team.
External Customers : Continuous interaction with Client organizations
Key Skills: ELIGIBILITY :
- Experience in Personal Care
- Strong Interpersonal Skills with good negotiation skills
Experience : 5-6 years of Sales Experience
Qualification : BSC/MSC in Cosmetology/ Chemistry
Gender : OPEN
Reports to Functionally : Sales Head
Working hours :
9:00am to 6:00pm OR 9.30am to 6.30pm
Working Day : 5 Days
