Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Managers and Financial Consultants to achieve sales and business targets.
- Drive the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Financial Consultants to build a strong agency network.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure business growth in the assigned area.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies for increased market penetration.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and support relationship-building efforts.
Desired Candidates Profiles:
- Experience: 2 to 6 Years in a similar domain of experience in Life Insurance - Agency Channel with 2 to 5 Years in Team Management experience.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to drive results in a competitive environment.
