Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the Dealer, Distributor, and Architect base and ensures its strong presence
- Reviews and analyzes regional sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets
- Identifies training & improvement needs of the team; basis regular sales meetings/assessments of targets to maximize productivity and morale
- Maintains knowledge of the relevant market, competition, and best practices/trends in sales techniques and strategies
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA will be preferred
- 2-6 Years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills should have an understanding of regional language
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of the company's products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market
