Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales - Injection Moulding Machine (5-18 yrs)
Job Responsibility:
- Fulfill customer commitment in terms of timely,
- Responsible for a Achieve Sales Target of Injection Machinery.
- Handling sales of Injection Moulding Machine.
- Execute orders on time, complete, required performance and error free.
- Achieve new geography / new customer sales targets as planned.
- Handling Techno -Commercial discussion with Clients.
- Sales and promotion of all instruments.
- Ensure that sales experience to customers is of the highest quality and response to customer needs are the best in the industry. Ensure that targets on order booking and orders executed are achieved.
- Attract-motivate and train sales team members to create the human capital infrastructure for customer service excellence. Excel in acquiring market intelligence and business information on customers and competition.
- Have Knowledge & Experience of sales in powder conveying system,plastic auxiliary equipment.
- Coordinate with customer managers to develop and execute business plans.
- Maintain technical and business knowledge and skills including emerging plastic auxiliary development.
- Listen to customer requirement to identify and recommend a best product and services.
- Preparation of complete techno commercial proposals to customer via designated resource, Understanding of clients technical and process requirements.
