Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales - Advertising/Media Firm (1-6 yrs)

- Proven ability to strategize sales approach and creating strong pipeline.
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Strong presentation & public speaking, organizational, interpersonal, time management & analytical skills.
- Understand the priority of clients and demonstrate solution-based approach.
- Cultivating solid relationship with clients during ongoing business/campaigns. Ensures regular interaction with clients & stakeholders for repeat business.
- Proactive with the ability to work in a self directed way. Self-motivated with a strong ability to take initiative to confidently direct the client interaction.
- Innovative approach to foster a strong relationship with the clients.
- Hands-on experience in primary & secondary research, concept selling, brand planning and selling, prospecting and business development/alliances.
- Strong understanding of media and marketing funnels, marketing concepts and terminology.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Job Description :
- Identifying brands, businesses and industries to pitch business, with the objective of winning client pitches & increase advertising sales revenues.
- Capable of conceiving original consumer engagement strategies and pitch them to clients and develop long term business relations. Understand the pulse of client requirement and strategize pitch approach to convert potential sales call to business.
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution and compliance of the client's deliverables.
- Responsible for growing the revenue by sales efforts market coverage and new business development.
- Maintaining all documentation pertaining to above responsibilities.
