Job Description
1. Draw beat plan for focus stores.
2. Develop store specific marketing programs that "grow sales" by introducing frequency, target new customers & build average basket size of the store(s).
3. Gathering, reporting and sharing marketing innovations on ground.
4. Develop, execute & manage all aspects of LSM tools.
5. Coordinate fulfillment process (including vendor management & store requirements) of LSM & instore marketing material.
6. Tracking impact & ROI of all spends.
7. Maintain brand standards & creative guidelines.
8. Work closely with operating team to drive footfalls (NOB's).
9. Identify need gaps & bring them on the table.
