Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Marketing (2-4 yrs)

As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will have complete responsibility for creating and executing innovative marketing plans through online and offline direct marketing tactics.
Specifically, the role involves :
- Creating and implementing an individual marketing plan for 1-3 conferences per quarter that encompasses 360-degree marketing communications including digital, print, offline, social and non-traditional media
- Developing all marketing materials, in conjunction with our designers, including brochures, individual websites, ads and emails for each event
- Preparing sharp and effecting communication in tandem with event's value proposition
- Ensuring strong delivery of Digital Solutions
- Working closely with other internal departments to achieve project objectives
- Monitoring customer and competitor trends and feed this into campaign development
- Conducting sensible data selection, analysis and management, as well as generating data build strategies for each event, by getting a thorough understanding of the market universe, service data and preparing strategies for need gap
- Building and establishing long term, mutually beneficial, strategic marketing partnership relations with industry partners and associations
