Key Responsibilities
- We're looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team.
- Identify & Connect : Research and build relationships with influencers who align with our brand across social platforms, initiating authentic collaborations.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop and manage influencer campaigns that drive engagement, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and goal-oriented delivery.
- Content Co-Creation : Collaborate with influencers to create impactful, on-brand content that resonates with our audience.
- Relationship Management : Nurture long-term influencer partnerships, handle contract negotiations, and ensure mutual benefits.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in influence marketing management. Ideally should have worked in an agency as well as with a brand.
- Experience in Kids wear and/or Womenswear or a D2C company is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management, Agency Management, Influencer Management and Negotiation.
Job Location - Sec-39 Gurgaon. (Work from Office opportunity)
