Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - HVAC Sales (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :
- Approach HVAC Consultants/Civil Architects for approval of Products.
- Gather details of Projects where our products are specified from HVAC Consultants and Architects.
- Approach HVAC applicators to gather details of projects and potential orders.
- Achieve sales and collection targets on a monthly basis.
- Identify new markets and applications for business growth.
- Develop sales forecasting and monthly sales/collection plans.
- Coordinate with sales coordinator for supply fulfillment.
- Build and maintain a customer database at the application/product level.
- Gather and provide relevant feedback on customer needs and requirements regarding products and services.
- Address customer complaints and follow up with factories for resolution.
- Collaborate with business development engineers for new business conversion.
- Identify and recommend new distributors to improve market reach and distribution.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to customers.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals.
- Manage relationships with customers at the operating level.
- Collect statutory forms as required.
- Follow up on payments and collections.
- Adhere to reporting systems.
- Participate in exhibitions for sales and promotion.
Skills Required :
- Strong sales acumen with self-confidence and clear communication skills.
- Proficient in dealer management and expanding territory.
- Presentable appearance with good body language and verbal communication skills.
