Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - eCommerce - Batteries & Lighting Products (3-5 yrs)
SE/AM/Dy. Manager - Ecommerce - for one of India's largest manufacturer & supplier of dry cell batteries and lighting products based in Gurgaon.

Location : Gurgaon.
Nature of Role : Individual Contributor
CTC : As per Norm
Experience : 3+ yrs
Education : Graduate + Regular MBA
Working Conditions : 5 days, regular working hours; Work from Office only
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow relationships with key online business channels such as D2C, Amazon, Flipkart and other ecommerce sites, including Quick commerce.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
3. Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve performance.
4. Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns of Amazon, Flipkart & Quick commerce, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives
5. Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely order fulfilment.
6. Gather and leverage customer insights to drive product improvements and enhance the customer experience.
7. Negotiate terms and conditions with online partners to maximize profitability and ensure favourable outcomes.
8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and account status.
9. Work closely with other departments including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
