Urgent Opening Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager for Marcomm Company with experience in Events.

Summary:The incumbent would be reporting to the AGM- Events. The KRA would revolve around client servicing for events and activation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Prepare various reports related to event files.

- Support in project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines of events and activations.

- Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connects programs etc.

- Support in Pre & Post event invoicing and keeping records of imprest of the team

- Maintaining database - Data mining, cold calling

- Working on multiple projects.

- Assisting in presentation of the idea to the client so as to communicate the idea in an effective manner.

- Co-ordinate with production team to ensure effective execution of the event.

- Supporting in Plan & Execution of the project as per standards of service in the Organization

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATION:

- Preferably Preferred education in Event Management

- Hands on experience in planning and managing conferences and events.

- Excellent communication, multitasking skills and problem solving ability

- Excellent interpersonal skill & ability to handle high pressure situations

- Grounds up experience - servicing clients, running operations, some design sense and street smartness

- Ability to lead n develop internal teams

- Has had exposure to Corporate Events (at least on National level)

- Decent and pleasing personality
