Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Business Development - Event Management Firm (2-8 yrs)
Role Summary/ Specific Responsibilities:
LIVE events Sales for the West region for LIVE properties.
- Sponsorship Revenue - Achieve individual and team revenue targets across Live IPs in respective regions basis business verticals assigned.
- Manage Key Accounts - Proactively manage day-to-day business relationships with current clients and identify growth opportunities on key accounts.
- New Client Acquisitions - Prospecting, identifying, & generating new business by mapping and plotting of potential categories and brands to generate a strong sales funnel.
- Client Solutions - Liaison across teams to ideate on solutions and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Revenue Collections - Active follow ups with clients to ensure timely collection of payments.
- End to End Sales Process: Effectively manage the end to end sales process starting from lead generation, credentials pitch, solution pitch, negotiation, deal closures, client deliverables, revenue collections.
- Competition Tracking - Monitor competition and use market intelligence to develop strategies to maximize market share.

Dynamic, knowledge of the industry, connected with clients and agencies an added advantage
Special Skills :
Activation exposure, IP sales, Technology savvy, understanding of the music industry, relationship within the industry
