- Handling B2B, B2C, sales, and Channel Sales.
- Handling primary and secondary sales
- Responsible for sales target achievement and adding retail outlets
- Responsible for sales team handling and getting work done from the team
- Distributor claims handling and his ROI
- Product training and On the Job Training to a Sales representative
- Tracking and reporting the competitor activities in the assigned territory
- Visiting Dealers and generating business developing them to achieve consistent profitability and revenue.
- Developing new customers and retaining the existing customers to generate business from them
- Accountable for meeting the company's sales targets within a given time frame.
- Skillfully handling the entire range of activities related to sales & marketing operations and strategies, promotional strategy, market research, product launches, marketing activities evaluation, project management, demand planning & forecasting.
- Proforma Invoices, Production orders, and co-coordinating with plant and client and monitoring company's &freight, collections of cheques, and waybill from customers.
- Identifying and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve repeat/ referral business.
- Playing a crucial role in market development through regular reviewing of availability stock at factory & new orders to market potential & market share
- Competently maintaining highest standards of customer service giving preference to customer satisfaction & promptly resolving their problems & concerns
- Instrumental in fixation of payment terms, target, scheme preparation for business partners.
