About the Role:
This is a sales role for the Consumer Lighting business. It is a purely B2C sales profile and will require the person to be having no locational constraints. After induction, they will be given independent territories to handle, as Senior Sales Executives/ Area Sales Executives depending on their experience.
Over a period of 30 - 45 months, they will be progressed into the next level as Area Sales Managers, depending on their performance and capability.
Salary: 15-20% Hike on Current Salary (Negotiable)
Job Locations : AP & Telangana, TN, Karnataka, Orissa, West Bengal, North East, Gujarat.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Primary Responsibilities :
- Responsible for primary & secondary sales
- Appointment of distributors authorized dealers in the assigned territory
- Stockist management
- Scheme management
- Claims Management & Credit controls
- Retail Management
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Desired Experience: Minimum 1 year experience and a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales roles from the FMCG / Lighting /Paints/ Plywood and related industries with distribution experience
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
- Should be proficient in MS Office including MS Excel
- Should be able to communicate in English & the regional local language
- Good understanding of distribution
- Good Presentation Skills & Analytical Skills
