Senior Executive/AM - Strategic Planner (5-10 yrs)
Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Marketing/ Digital Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in social media and influencer marketing.
- Understanding of wellness and natural beauty or lifestyle industry & affinity with the category. Experience in beauty/lifestyle brands is an added bonus.
- Digital Content Marketer who has an ability to build and execute content strategy, build campaigns and have knowledge of marketing measurement on digital. This would comprise the following skillsets.
- Platform Expertise: FB, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google
- Be able to front the camera.
- Flair for content creation - both written & video
- Experience with any video editing tools digital marketing analytical tools is a plus.
- Ability to adapt, take instruction, be detail oriented, work in a high pressure, dynamic fast paced environment, strong ownership of projects & have strong collaboration skills.
Job Description :
- Plan and schedule out the social media calendar month on month based on new launches, themes, and product focus.
- Build an annual content calendar for the brand and drive end to end execution across various platforms with the agency/ team.
- Coordinate, shoot and execute all the content for the handle.
- Campaign planning, development & execution for key tentpole occasions
- Build various categories on Wellness basis strategic goals & launches through content strategy.
- Leverage key wellness influencers and build expert strategy.
- Build integrated launch campaign plans for brands on Wellness working with various stakeholders.
- Digital Marketing Budget planning & management
- Driving internal process management - Vendor onboarding, billing & invoicing, legal agreements etc.
- Monthly and quarterly qualitative and quantitative reports using tools and insights.
