Senior Executive/Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- As an Agency Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify, onboard, and develop partnerships with new and existing agencies to drive business growth.
Responsibility :
- Research, identify, and prospect potential agency partners that align with the company's strategic objectives and target markets.
- Collaborate with agencies to understand their business models, services, and value propositions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to help agencies optimize their performance and achieve their targets.
- Track and analyze agency performance metrics, such as sales revenue, client acquisition, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements :
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
