Job Description:
- Responsible for generating revenue from a set of clients & agencies and meeting revenue targets by adopting a solution sales approach.
- Market coverage: Ensuring adequate coverage and reaching out to the potential universe of advertisers.
- Establish a reputation of being a trusted partner-advisor for advertisers.
- Develop strategic plan to achieve revenue goals; hit or exceed these revenue goals
- Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
- Understand agency, advertiser landscapes and trends, reporting this to the organization
- Ensure Brand Integrity of Amrita TV and Aidem.
- Assist the collection team in any outstanding issues with clients.
Performance measures:
- Achieving individual budgets for the year
- Retention of clients
- Ensure increased market share from clients
- Maintaining effective yield
- Growth of advertiser base
Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years- experience with working experiences at an account manager/ key account manager role in a structured environment. Of which, at least 3 years in a media sales set up.
- Excellent sales track record.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deal with and selling to senior executives
- Great networking skills
- Highly persuasive skills and strong negotiation abilities
