Senior Engineer/Principal Engineer - Presales (2-15 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Engineer / Principal Engineer for our Sales team, specializing in bidding and project sales. The ideal candidate will lead bidding teams, manage proposals, handle costing, and contribute to tender submissions. You will play a critical role in supporting our sales strategy and driving project wins in the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Bidding Process : Oversee end-to-end bidding process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of proposals.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor bidding teams to prepare high-quality bids, proposals, and tender documents.
Costing and Pricing : Analyze project requirements and perform detailed costing to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with technical and sales teams to gather necessary information and align on project goals.
