Senior Division Sales Officer - Paint (8-10 yrs)
- Identify and establish new business relationships in the B2B segment for paint products.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while exploring new sales opportunities.
- Present product offerings and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs within the assigned region.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and product delivery.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in B2B field sales, with a specific focus on the paints industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Candidates from Asian Paints will not be considered.
