Description :
- The Digital Marketing lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns for the company. Key responsibilities will include creating engaging content, implementing social media strategies, developing email marketing campaigns, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital space.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives to drive brand awareness and lead generation
2. Execute integrated marketing campaigns including social, email, search engines, and display advertising, etc.(leverage traditional and non traditional channels) to reach target audiences
3. Create engaging content for campaigns, sales enablement, and collateral including for various digital channels, website, blog posts, and social media posts
4. Manage and optimize the company website for SEO
5. Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to continually optimize and improve results.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital space.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms to inform strategy development and execution.
8. Collaborate with cross functional teams including sales, product, technology, etc.
Requirements :
1. MBA or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. 10+ overall marketing experience and 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
3. Experience in FinTech or AI platform
4. Experience of Financial services is plus
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
6. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google Analytics, etc.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
