Senior Digital Marketing Role - Advertising Firm (3-6 yrs)
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, responsibility of content creation and aggregation of digital assets
- Manage and maintain the client's website(s) and ensure improve ranking through SEO (on page & off page) Keenly measure and track all relevant metrics to measure effectiveness and impact and be familiar with attribution and analytic's tools (Google Analytic's, Fire-base) used to analyze and visualize the data
- Optimize content for the social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments. Provide thoughtful leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Manage online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
- Work on printed material to supplement online products
- Track and analyze website/Social media traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion, social media engagements
- Fix any errors or bugs in online content
- Take responsibility beyond role definition and contribute in branding & thought leadership efforts as appropriate
- Operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and security for all Digital Systems.
- Collaborate closely with technical, business, and design teams to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects
- Use digital as a lever to enhance client's brand name
Required Candidate profile :
- A minimum of 3-6 years' experience in digital marketing position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytic's.
- Tenacity and sense of urgency, ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.
- Is a self-starter and work independently and effectively with little oversight
- Is excited about the opportunity to work very hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy to build something incredible
- Can think out of the box to develop new and innovative marketing strategies
