Senior Digital Marketer - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Role & responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Leadership:
- Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies for lead generation & brand positioning.
- Conduct market research to identify buyer trends & competitor activity.
- Define target audiences & tailor messaging for different buyer segments.
- Set SMART goals & KPIs specific to real estate (traffic, leads, conversions, sales).
- Stay ahead of the curve with industry trends & innovative tactics.
Content Creation & Engagement:
Craft compelling content showcasing properties, amenities, & community.
- Manage content calendars across websites, social media, email, & local listings.
- Develop lead magnets & capture forms for qualified lead generation.
- Optimize content for local SEO & targeted keywords.
- Collaborate with internal teams for high-quality content creation.
Campaign Management & Lead Generation:
- Plan & execute targeted online advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, retargeting).
- Monitor campaign performance & optimize budgets for ROI.
- Analyse website traffic & conversion data to identify lead sources & optimize landing pages.
- Implement drip email campaigns to nurture leads & guide them through the sales funnel.
- Integrate digital marketing with CRM systems for seamless lead tracking & follow-up.
Social Media Mastery:
- Develop engaging social media strategies for local neighbourhoods & buyer interests.
- Create captivating content featuring properties, virtual tours, events, & community stories.
- Grow & manage active communities through meaningful interactions & organic engagement.
- Respond promptly to inquiries & foster positive brand perception online.
- Leverage social media for local reputation management & building trust with potential buyers.
Website Optimization & Analytics:
- Oversee website maintenance & ensure user-friendly navigation for property search & lead capture.
- Analyse website traffic & user behaviour to optimize performance & conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing to identify content variations & website features that drive lead generation.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) & report on digital marketing effectiveness.
Collaboration & Partnership:
- Lead & motivate a team of digital marketing.
- Partner with sales teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with sales goals & strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (design, photography, legal) for brand consistency & compliance.
- Foster a data-driven approach & culture of continuous improvement for maximum digital marketing success.
