Senior Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Establishing robust relationships with channel partners' sales teams. Emphasis on customer retention.
- Generating sales leads via Financial Consultants and advisors through upselling and cross-selling products.
- Collaborating with the channel sales team to meet potential customers and promote insurance solutions.
- Handling walk-in customers at the branch.
Qualification Criteria :
- Requires at least 1 year of experience in BFSI.
- Age between 21 to 38 years.
- Offering a CTC up to 3.25 LPA + Incentives; on-roll employment.
