Senior Customer Service Executive - FMCG (3-6 yrs)
1. Identify new methods/projects for improving the Service level
2. Monitor SLOB inventory and prepare action plans to reduce SLOB, Warehouse expiry
3. Monitor, analyze and reduce Refusals and Returns from customers
4. Conduct regular meetings with the sales teams to discuss Forecast accuracy, Fill Rates, Inventory holding, SLOB, Returns/Refusals
5. Conduct regular meetings with the Supply Planning team (Commercial network team if needed) to discuss the Stock connectivity
6. Timely publish Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS's to all stakeholders on relevant KPIs
7. Conduct analysis of low performance in each KPI and prepare action plans to improve them
8. Participate in key meetings such as Supply Review, Project review etc.
9. Follow-ups on Daily Operations, Orders and Losses with CFAs and Sales
