Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Executive. In this role, the successful candidate will manage customer service operations and ensure customer satisfaction in our Mumbai office.
Qualifications
1. Provide customer support with regards to regular reports, online & offline transactions
2. Assist clients with onboarding
3. Maintain accounts, vendor payments & manage MIS
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
7. Prior customer service experience in the Mutual Fund and/or Banking industry is preferred
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
