Senior CRM Executive - Real Estate/Construction (2-7 yrs)
Qualification : Any Graduate in any specialization
Experience : 2 to 5 years in handling CRM activities from Real Estate/Construction industry.
Work location : Sion(E) in Mumbai
Job Description for Assistant Manage r:
- Act as a single point of contact for resolution of all customer queries related to the property transaction from welcome call to possession
- Manage the Entire post sale activities along with the CRM team and ensure timely activity completion as per the set Deadlines/ TAT.
- Welcome Communication to clients, briefing them on product, Reconfirmation on cost sheet, payment plan, registration timelines, etc.
- Issuing Allotment letters demand & collection letters, possession letters and any communications required by the clients.
- Timely customer query resolution, monitoring collections and active follow-ups.
- Timely dispatch of documents like Allotment letter, Receipts and so on
- Coordinating with key stakeholders in legal, accounts and execution departments to ensure seamless process flow of post sales activities.
- Communication with bankers for loan disbursement documents, Bank APF, NOC issuance
- Explaining clients on the registration process, Stamp Duty Calculation, TDS filing, and any other queries related to registration.
- Keeping the customer files upto date
- Reconciliation on weekly basis with Accounts for receivables, outstanding and cash flows
- All other tasks as may be assigned by the Director/ HOD from time to time
- Knowledge of RERA guidelines, ERP - Farvision software would be added advantage
