Job Description :

- Develop compelling content and social strategy across CredR's customer journey that helps tell a cohesive brand story

- Align with cross-functional leadership across Brand, Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Communications and regional teams to implement and manage content strategy across multiple touchpoints

- Work closely with Comms/PR, to ensure that CredR's content builds a long-term, strategic narrative while also reacting to what's relevant in the moment

- Be an editorial leader within CredR. Help weave our story throughout our various touch points and massively up-level the quality of content being produced throughout the company

- Strategies on content solutions to various marketing problem statements - ranging from technology to customer experience

- Undertake the responsibility of identifying gaps in customer experience and addressing those through appropriate communication

- On-going insight mining through primary and secondary methods that enhances content and communication impact, long-term

- Stay abreast on domain/ industry related communication initiatives (across competitors and trend-setters)

- Identifying existing and new touch points/ opportunities to speak to our audience

- Demonstrate a clear understanding of our branding objectives and devise strategies to achieve them

- Collaborate alongside our marketing team and take complete responsibility for creative copy/ content for our digital and offline campaigns

- Preparing creative content for our company website and branding efforts that are in line with current media trends

- Check all copy generated by other team members and offer feedback when necessary
