Senior Coordinator Sales - Manufacturing Firm (5-8 yrs)
Sales Coordinator required for renowned Manufacturing company in Mumbai (H.O).
Position : Senior Sales Coordinator
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : 5 - 6 years from Manufacturing sectors in front Sales and willing to switch for back-office coordination work.
Location : Bandra, Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation.
- Can able to handle the (Front Sales Team) end to end management, right from enquires to price negotiation and final approval.
- Consolidating reports of day to day sales activities: Pan India Level.
- Coordination with Facility Manager, Sales & Logistics team, on new enquiries, order dispatches on a daily basis, generating sales enquiries, sending quotations, preparing proforma invoices.
- Sending order acceptance to customers in synchronization with technical documents, specifications, quotation, price etc;
- Maintaining current knowledge of market activities inclusive Competitive products, pricing and policies, product specifications and possible new products. Communication to Management on regular basis.
- Sound knowledge of tender work, Sending quotations.
- Coordination with customer and factory for pre and post - dispatch formalities.
- Follow up for payment as per prescribed terms and preparing daily collection statements.
- Coordinating for tender related documentation.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present as and when required in MIS form.
- Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keep all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy.
Customer Relationship Management :
- On time processing of quotation and ensuring delivery as per the purchase specifications/ order.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction through service quality and timely delivery.
- Secure Repeat business through effective customer interface.
Candidates Profile :
- Must be a Graduate with experience in Sales coordination preferably from Petrochemical/Oil/ Lubricants other manufacturing / Chemical Industry.
- Must posses excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Candidate from MUMBAI need only apply OR ready to relocate.
