Senior Content Writer- Technical

- Collect information from all the available sources pertaining to technical or other topics from books, magazines, reference content and extensive googling.

- Capture processes and machine operations from industrial units as and when required

- Develop content in simple English with out spelling and grammar mistakes on any topic required in the formats prescribed.

- Focus on productivity and quality improvement while developing technical content

- Should be able to develop content pertaining to engineering work place skills,5S,Industrial Safety

- Follow the principles of Instructional Design and the principles of Andragogy/Pedagogy and apply them while developing the content

- Incorporate various exercises to make the learning more interesting to the target audience

- Create training methodology appropriate for the content keeping the abilities of the target audience in mind

- Follow the relevant quality guide lines, National Occupational Standards Blooms Taxonomy and create competency based curriculum

- Proof read the Contents created Ensure content developed is plagiarism free.

- Format document as per style guide.

- Deliver content meeting quality norms as per the committed content release schedule in parallel.

- Revamp and update existing content.

- Profile candidates and identity trainer profiles in respective sectors.

- Brief trainers on content and course developed.
