Senior Content Writer (3-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy:
- Content Curation: Creating high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content across various channels such as websites, blogs, social media, email, whitepapers, case studies, marketing materials and more. This includes writing compelling copy, headlines, and CTAs that resonate with the target audience and communicate key messages effectively.
- Should be a creative storyteller and make content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and provides information across a wide variety of digital platforms.
- Create design concepts, and storyboards, and liaise with the Corporate Communications/ Marketing Team to design creatives.
- Write content for flyers, Career Websites, speech scripts, PPTs, and other requirements relevant to marketing.
- Content Editing and Proofreading: Ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of content by editing and proofreading materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, and adherence to brand guidelines. This also includes fact-checking and verifying information before publication.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects end-to-end simultaneously within the set timelines.
- Content Governance: Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines in all content produced. This includes reviewing content for accuracy, avoiding plagiarism or copyright infringement, and ensuring brand voice and messaging consistency.
- Content Promotion: Collaborating with the marketing team to promote and distribute content through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and sales support. This may involve crafting engaging social media posts, optimizing content for sharing, and monitoring content distribution performance.
- Brand Equity:
- Brand Messaging: Developing and refining the brand messaging framework, ensuring consistency and alignment across all content assets. This involves understanding the brand's value proposition, target audience, and competitive landscape to create compelling and differentiated messaging.
- Brand Storytelling: Crafting compelling narratives that effectively communicate the brand's story, values, and unique selling points across social media channels. This includes creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience and evokes emotional connections with the brand.
- Brand Guidelines: Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and style guides across all content assets. This includes maintaining consistency in tone, voice, visual elements, and messaging to strengthen the brand's identity and recognition.
- Brand Consistency and Integration: Ensuring brand consistency and integration across all touchpoints and channels. This includes collaborating with design teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align content with visual branding, advertising campaigns, and overall brand strategy.
- Content Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of brand content using relevant metrics and analytics tools. This involves tracking engagement, brand sentiment, reach, and conversion metrics to optimize content strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage Content time-to-time on the corporate website/career website.
- Stakeholder Management
- Hands-on experience in handling internal and external vendors.
- Liaise with various stakeholders like Function Heads, Technology Teams, Leadership Teams, Innovation Heads, Software Engineers, and Recruiters to receive inputs for requirements.
Primary Skillset & Preferred Experience:
- Basic understanding of SEO and other digital marketing areas
- Project Management Tools

Educational Qualification: Candidates with a degree in Communication/Marketing Management/ MBA / Journalism from a reputed institute or Equivalent are preferable. Content Experience in an Automotive Domain is also preferrable
