Sr. Content Writer: A content startegist + execution role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop content for print, digital, and social media platforms. You will collaborate with our editorial team to create blog posts and content for social media to engage our target audience, write email blasts and press releases for our media relations department, and assist with marketing communication campaigns. You must know how to research various topics and industry trends and produce content on tight deadlines. Excellent grammar and writing skills are required for this position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Have worked on campaign concentualisaions with the editorial team for new ideas and strategies for effective content

- Research markets and industries to create content that is innovative and original

- Develop copy on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (such as the website, blogs, articles, and social media)

- Create eye-catching and innovative headlines

- Working knowledge of SEO is an added advantage.

- Collaborate with campaign managers, creative team, and designers

- Create, manage and monitor on Social media and Web content to ensure content updates and user engagement.

- Create, manage and monitor on Social media activity.

- Work well under pressure and timeline with positive attitude

Skills:

- Understanding grammar rules and how to construct clear sentences

- Being mindful of things like flow, readability, and sentence variety

- Proficiency in word press

- An understanding of search engine optimization best practices.

- The ability to cooperate with other writers and editors to complete projects.

- Have worked on campaign concentualisaion

- The ability to give feedback on writing projects

Requirements:

- 3+ years of Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role

- Portfolio of published articles

- Experience doing research using multiple sources

- Familiarity with web publications

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English

- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress)

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Masters in English, Journalism or related field.
