Our client is a Hubspot Platinum Partner and as a boutique inbound agency, they pair deep expertise and bespoke strategies with a client-first approach.In India, they work with enterprise clients like MindTree, Amazon, ITC Infotech, Bajaj Capital, PwC, among others.

The Job

- We are looking for a fantastic writer to create short-form and long-form content for our clients. We want someone who understands how to create compelling copy, write strong hooks, have an engaging nut graf, and create content that stands out amidst the deluge on the internet today.

- People with a deep abiding love for words and everything quirky will fit in well. Bonus if you are a natural storyteller who knows how to use an Oxford comma and lives on caffeine.

- The ideal candidate will have 3-3.5 years of hands-on experience in crafting compelling content for B2B companies. The primary focus of this role is on producing high-quality content for datasheets, decks, white-papers, technical blogs and product videos.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and create engaging content for various B2B assets, including datasheets, decks, white-papers, and technical blogs.

- Write scripts for product videos, ensuring a cohesive and impactful narrative.

- Craft content for social media posts, demonstrating a strong understanding of platforms and audience engagement.

- Possess the ability to write ad lines that resonate with the target audience.

Ideal Candidate

- You have at least 5 years experience ideally in Content Marketing within Media & Entertainment and IT industry.

Requirements:

- 3-3.5 years of proven experience in content creation for B2B companies.

- Proficient in English with exceptional writing and editing skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.

- Capability to visualise design elements while crafting content, with a basic understanding of design principles.

- Attention to detail in both content and design to ensure a polished final product.

- Experience working on and managing various content assets from ideation to execution.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong analytical and research skills to gather technical information for accurate content creation.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

- Ability to conduct solid secondary research to create thought leadership content for blogs, scripts, social media, and sales enablement assets

- Coordinating with designers and videographers to help them convert that into visual assets when needed

- Knowledge of SEO best practices to ensure the content can easily rank and drive organic traffic

- Basic to Medium Knowledge of CRMs like Hubspot, analytic tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, SimilarWeb)

- Familiarity with Mailchimp / Buffer / Hootsuite / WordPress
