Job Title: HR SOLUTIONS SALES CONSULTANT

Job Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid mode: both work from home and in-office)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Research the market to identify the learning needs of organisations

2. Identify the latest trends and best practices in the market

3. Work on driving end-to-end sales of HR Solutions/Services/Products from prospecting to customer acquisition and closure

4. Liaising with clients

5. Maintain project documentation and client folders.

6. Analyze data of reports and special projects.

7. Research, develop and execute strategies to identify market opportunities & assist in taking products into new as well as existing markets

8. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through inbound and existing prospects

9. Stakeholders - CHRO/HR/LD/Senior leadership

10. Sell solutions to engage employees, improve productivity and decrease attrition. These include Coaching, diversity inclusion solutions, HR solutions

Key Requirements:

- PostGraduate

- 3-6 years of experience in marketing and sales of HR services

- A self-motivated, condent and high on energy individual with strong analytical, communication and writing skills.

- Ability to create, maintain and nurture client relationships

- Quick to grasp

- Procient MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Powerpoint skills
