Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for meeting Sales Target Vs Achievement of the store/Individuals.
- To coordinate with subordinates for Achievement of targets.
- Highlight Stock requirement to store manager.
- Ensuring maintenance of Display and Merchandising.
- Ensuring grooming standards, Cleanliness of the counters, Product Knowledge, Scheme awareness.
- Adhering to timings and discipline in the store.
- Adhering to company Policies.
