Job Role:- Sr Cluster Manager
Experience: - 6+ Years (Experience in FMCG Domain or Sector is Mandatory).
Job Description:-
- Handles new client onboarding and KYC processing Evaluates potential noncompliance concerns and makes suggestions
- Perform KYC due diligence and reviews for new and existing customers; Identify potential areas for improved processing and automation of manual processes across all lines of business supported by the regional KYC team.
- Assume some responsibility for training and knowledge transfer to new and existing team members
- Meets given objectives for disbursals to keep the partners engaged. Conducts periodic or surprise visits to partners, spends time with them, pushes them, and motivates them. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key employees with the allocated retail partners.
- Coordination with various back-end teams for a more efficient procedure with the goal of maximizing disbursals.
- Hold morning or frequent team meetings to adjust the daily plan and verify or evaluate results the next day.
- In order to ensure early and constant production, handhold and train new hires.
- Make extra efforts to guarantee that underperformers reach the threshold and the curve.
- Managing the territory's MIS such that the current number of people is always available.
- Hire qualified FOSs for his team through his market contacts to guarantee that the head count budget is always reached.
