Senior Cluster Head - Sales - FMCG (5-6 yrs)

Job Description

Successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Effectively training, supervising and motivating sales staff to insure optimal performance.

- Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of budget, sales, profit, pricing and marketing share goals.

- Track and report progress to ensure that programs are being executed and goals are achieved.

- Doing all of the above while spending 90% of his/her time in the field training employees.

- Handling P&L account of hubs

- Managing 3-5 cities P&L ( Sales, Service, Team)

Requirements:

- At least 2 years sales experience.

- Understanding of promotions activities, product lines and competitive position.

- Strong sales abilities.

- Excellent communications and presentation skills.

- Solid organizational skills.

- Good interpersonal and supervisory skills.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including SharePoint

- Margin Minder knowledge

Required work experience : FMCG / Foods / Beverage

- Must be good with Microsoft excel, words & presentation.

- Confident, passionate, Min 5 years experienced in FMCG Sales in MNC

Qualification : 

UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG : Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
