Senior Client Support Officer - Non-Technical (4-8 yrs)

Working Days : 5 with morning or evening shifts

Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer queries & complaints

- Identify, understand and analyze issues and communicate with both internal & external stakeholders

- Contribute to the development of new/ existing products and updates; and have complete product knowledge

- Maintaining focus on ensuring and improving customer satisfaction

- Managing existing client relations and building new ones

Skill Set:

- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills

- Must have the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment

- Must be an extrovert

- Should possess a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results

- Should be a team player and a self-starter

- Proficiency using MS Word, Outlook and Excel would be an added advantage
