Job Description:
- Hire, Develop & create high performing Priority Partners Team
- Help Priority Partners in recruitment of quality aspirational agents to meet the defined KPI
- Career progression and development of PPs & LAs
- Ensure clear targets and effective performance management process by providing advice, consultancy & support to the team; coaching &
- Mentoring for agency leader development; effectively managing and monitoring poor sales
- performance and non-compliance and taking disciplinary action when necessary
- Ensure appropriate training and development interventions
