What You Should Have

- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology/related field

- 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales

- Proven track record in enterprise software/IT services sales

- Fluency in English - written and conversational

- Experience with Hubspot CRM and modern sales tools

- Ability to work effectively across global time zones

- Self-motivated mindset with strong independent working capabilities

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across targeted domains

- Identify and actively engage with ideal customer profiles (ICPs)

- Participate in relevant forums and networks to source opportunities

- Execute end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure

Solution Development

- Collaborate with design and tech teams to craft customised solutions

- Create technical proposals and commercial offers

- Lead client presentations and negotiations

- Ensure alignment between client requirements and proposed solutions

Account Management

- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships

- Identify opportunities to increase account lifetime value

- Monitor and report on pipeline health using Hubspot CRM

-Analyse sales data to optimise strategies
