Job Position - Sr.Business Development Representative
Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT Services
1) Minimum 4 years in IT service experience (Custom Software Development, Web Development, Mobile Application Development etc.)
2) Minimum 4 years in IT infra experience (Cloud Managed services)
CTC - Best in industry
Location - Pune ( Baner Business Bay, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra )
Job Timings -4.30PM to 2AM
Working days - 5 Days Working
Job description
- Relevant Experience of a minimum of 5 years in selling Services in mainly US market with ability to lead generation, close deals, and meet revenue targets consistently.
- Generate qualified leads from calling, emailing, social selling, events, networking, and other channels.
- Ability to apply principles of logic and critical thinking to a wide range of complex business issues.
- Responsible for goal achievement of appointment setting, lead generation and client closures/conversion and revenue targets.
- Drive qualified sales meetings resulting in top of sales funnel pipeline.
- Implements and maintains sales best practices.
- Develops, maintains, and reports on monthly and quarterly team forecasts.
- Suggests improvement to optimize lead qualification and sales processes.
- Create open communication, driving a fun and successful sales team climate.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing
- Willing to work in US Shift
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM software
