Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue and convert qualified leads into paying customers, focusing on the B2B SME segment.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits and value proposition of Circolife's Cooling-as-a-Service model, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Reach out to potential clients and close sales.
- Contribute to market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates on progress towards targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the SME market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong closing skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to a greener future.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
