Job Description: Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of generating and closing deals independently.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation :

- Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential clients in the target market.

- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

Sales Process :

- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Market Analysis :

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

- Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance metrics.

- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis.

Qualifications :

Experience: 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the UPS, Battery, Solar, or Heavy/Electrical Equipment industry.

Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Fluency in Kannada and English.

- Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu is an added advantage.
