Senior Business Development Manager - University Partnerships- Education (4-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Form Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and approach top NAAC A+, A++ private universities for collaboration opportunities.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to establish long-term strategic partnerships.
2. Alliance Formation:
- Collaborate with universities to introduce and integrate our Bachelor Programs on their campuses.
- Work closely with academic departments to ensure seamless program implementation.
3. Revenue and Cost Sharing Agreements:
- Negotiate and finalize agreements for revenue and cost sharing with partner institutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
4. Compliance with UGC Guidelines:
- Stay updated on UGC policies related to educational collaborations.
- Ensure all agreements and partnerships adhere to relevant regulations.
5. Business Development:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with current and potential partner universities.
- Build and maintain relationships that promote sustained growth and mutual benefits.
6. Campus Activities Management:
- Oversee campus operations, including admissions, program delivery, and student services.
- Streamline processes to ensure efficiency and generate revenue through optimized campus activities.
Qualifications:
- 5-+ years of experience in EdTech sales, particularly in university and college partnerships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and empathetic to clients' needs.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully working with educational institutions.
