Senior Business Development Manager- Test & Measurement Instrument (8-18 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning and Execution :

- Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to the Test & Measurement sector in India.

- Identify and target key market segments and opportunities for growth across the region.

2. Managing Team & OEMs :

- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the achievement of team goals.

- Develop and maintain relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to create synergies and explore business opportunities.


3. Market Analysis and Expansion:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in India.

- Formulate and execute plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base throughout the region.

4. Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including key decision-makers and industry influencers in India.

- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

5. Sales and Revenue Generation :

- Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving business growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives.

- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent revenue generation.

6. Collaboration and Coordination :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.

- Coordinate with the product management team to stay updated on product developments and enhancements.

7. Negotiation and Contract Management :

- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for us.

- Oversee contract management and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

8. Reporting and Forecasting :

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning processes.
