Senior Business Development Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.
Key Role
- Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network of financial consultants(FCs).
- Prepared for Field Sales and Marketing Building relationships with advisors or managers through insurance policies Maximum Field Work and Hiring New Advisors.
- Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
- Expand market reach and enhance customer engagement.
Candidate profile :
- Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing
- Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing
- CTC Bracket: up To : 3.15 LPA
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
- Location: Candidate must be a locality
