Senior Business Development Manager (Remote or Work from Home)


Title : Business Development ( Recruitment Consulting)

Role in Order : Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Experience and Marketing

Location : Virtual position, required home office.

Company: Rectras is a recruitment firm, provides recruitment services & consulting to Fortune 500 customers, Product Development companies and Notable startups in PAN India & Middle East countries.

Responsibilities:

1. 10 years of relevant work experience in customer discovery and account management. Prior recruitment staffing or recruitment consulting experience is must or relevant industry expereince.

2. The BSM will focus on growing Rectras new customer account base through effective business development and consultative sales techniques. Produce high revenue-high yield business for Rectras.

3. Account management, territory planning, Collaborating and diluting interactions to delivery team on takeoff.

4. Must have present or past success of increasing permanent placement market-share and recruitment service utilization through effective sales or marketing strategies and account management.

5. Proficiency in burn down strategies, Rate card negotiations, preparing winning proposals, knowledge transfer to legal team on fresh agreements & renewals.

6. Must have proficient CRM platform knowledge, maintain accurate CRM account profiles, and secure relevant, accurate, timely account data.

7. Must be proficient with MS Office Suite & G-Suite computer applications, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

8. A self-starter who instinctively and consistently creates personal and professional stretch goals and meets them.

9. Works well with delivery team of Rectras with the ability to build trust with the team and work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.

10. Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities. -Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change.

11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a high degree of comfort working at your own timeline & team.

12. Tell the stories that connect Customer and Candidates. Reach & Build relationship with CHRO, CEO, Co-Founders, Talent Acquisition experts. BSM team is made up of curious, tough, quick-witted, and entrepreneurial & drive compelling.
