Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be a face of Prompt Personnel in the HR Service Industry.
- Client Relationship
- Lead Generation & Sales
- Responsible for new client acquisition and revenue growth
- Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for marketing strategies
- Co-ordinate and support in promotional activities.
- Prepare business presentations and proposals to pitch to prospective clients
- Follow-up on the agreement sign-up and contracts post negotiation stage
- Needs to coordinate with regional counterparts (Delhi & Hyderabad) to drive new client acquisitions in these cities
- Prepare MIS Report & dashboard, Maintain Records
- cold calling/LinkedIn mailing/emailing/etc to generate prospects
- Monthly plan on digital promotional activities - work closely with digital marketing team
