Senior Business Development Manager - IT (7-17 yrs)
Role Summary:
The role's purpose is to generate revenue to the company from new clients in the Technology segment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Candidate should be a seasoned sales professional who can bring B2B / Technology Solutions business from International Markets like UK / Europe / US if he/she is from eLearning background that would be added advantage.
- Responsible to meet the revenue targets as per overall business plans of the company
- Ability to build a strong image for the company's service through appropriate strategy
- Ability to interact and proactively understand customers- requirements and translate it into business
- Grow the existing customer accounts and thereby enhance repeat business through effective interfacing and follow-ups with the customer and also by interfacing with the service delivery units
- Should handle transitions by interacting with a customer, technology and production/delivery
- Customer intelligence and market trends Planning, forecasting and reviewing. Preparing sales plans by customer-wise accounts
