Senior Business Development Manager - IT (10-15 yrs)
FocusR is hiring for Senior Business Development Manager (IT - Sales)
Role : Senior BDM
Experience : 10+ Years (ERP sales experience is mandatory)
Work location : Chennai
Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days
Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Market research to develop warm leads.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Needs to travel for client meetings anywhere in India and Abroad.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree.
- Possessing a Master degree in marketing (not mandatory).
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
- Knowledge in ERP (Oracle/SAP) will be preferable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage.
