About the Role:
The Senior Business Development Manager will focus on expanding business opportunities, identifying growth areas, and driving new partnerships to increase overall sales in the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the agency network.
- Manage relationships with key agency partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales trends and market conditions to provide actionable insights.
- Lead business development activities and align strategies with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in BFSI.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving targets.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
Compensation: - 3.20 LPA to - 3.80 LPA + incentives.
